Los Angeles law firm is seeking an IT Trainer/Helpdesk Analyst. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity. Firm seeks at least 2 to 3 years' experience providing software and hardware support in a law firm setting. Trainer will work closely with attorneys, staff and management on an individual and group basis as needed.
Applications include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), iManage, document management systems, Adobe Acrobat, and macros. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills, along with a positive and proactive outlook.
